My Wokingham and My Bracknell newspapers are enjoyed by thousands of readers each month. As a free publication with no barriers, they are readily available at major supermarkets, pubs, clubs, and community centres. Moreover, every library within the Wokingham Event Location stocks our papers. We are proud of our ever-expanding distribution network across the Bracknell and Wokingham Event Locations.

Alongside our print presence, our online platforms and social media channels offer extensive reach to a targeted local audience. Decide whether you’d prefer a standalone online advert or wish to couple that with a feature in our printed newspaper.

Newspaper announcements come in two sizes.

  • Standard box 82mm x 70mm (3.22.75 inches)
  • Large box 82mm x 138 mm ( 3.2 inches x 5.5 inches

Public Notices

Legal public notices are statutorily required notice that is required by local authorities to be publicised. They go by a number of different names. There’s “public notice”, of course. “Legal notice” is a big one. “Legal ads”.

Family announcements

We have made it simple to publish celebratory announcements from births, anniversaries, graduations, achievements to thank yous

You can also post deaths, and obituaries .

Choose to have your announcement published online or both online and in print.

How to publish an announcement in our local newspaper 

  1. Register
  2. Select the appropriate category
  3. Write your announcement. You can include images and even a Youtube link
  4. Submit ad for review
  5. Select the package and make the payment

Once submitted our team will review. If you selected our newspaper and online package, we will contact you for your approval before it is published in our newspapers
